    • Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital goods, downloadable reports and digital content are generally non-refundable.
    • Printed Reports: You may return any printed special reports for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
    • Competition Entries: Entry fees for the APEX Awards competitions are non-refundable.
    • Certificates & Awards: If you win an award, orders for additional certificates are non-refundable (as they are custom printed). However, defective or incorrect certificates will be replaced at no charge.
  4. Shipping: Orders for physical materials (such as certificates or plaques) are shipped via standard carriers (such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS). We strive to process and ship orders within 5–7 business days.
  5. Currency: We conduct transactions in U.S. dollars.
  6. Pricing: Prices for our products and services are always clearly stated on our website.

Data Security

Secure Transactions: Credit card transactions on the APEX Awards website take place in a secure online environment. We use industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) to protect your payment data during transmission. We do not store full credit card numbers on our local servers; all payments are processed via secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways.
