    Do I HAVE to fill out this form if I want the same awards as in the past?

Nope! If no action is taken, your award will automatically ship via the default method (physical certificate or plaque) to the address on file as it always has in past APEX years. But if you would like a virtual award, or premier international shipping, that is done here.


    Who should complete the delivery selection form?

The applicant (the person who originally submitted the entry) must be the one to specify the delivery method. Please ensure you are signed into the same account used for the initial submission.


    Where do I find the form to select my award type?

Once signed in, look for a red notification banner at the top of your homepage. You can also find your winning entries by navigating to My Account > Needs Attention. If you’ve already started the process, check the Incomplete folder.


    Can I get a Virtual Award?

Yes! You now have three primary options for your Award of Excellence or Grand Award:

• Physical Award (Default): A paper certificate (Excellence) or plaque (Grand).
• Virtual Award: A digital version of your award sent via email to the primary entrant.
• Both: You can receive both physical and virtual versions for an additional $20 per entry.

    How do I ensure the award goes to the right person?

On the selection page, verify the primary entrant’s email address. If the field currently shows the applicant’s email instead of the recipient’s, please update it before submitting.


    Can I order virtual awards for multiple team members?

Yes. Just like physical copies, each virtual award is issued to a single email address. Additional virtual awards can be ordered if you would like multiple people to receive one.


    What are the shipping options for international winners?

International Grand Award winners receive complimentary shipping via USPS First Class. If you require tracking, you may upgrade to DHL for an additional fee during checkout.
