Do I HAVE to fill out this form if I want the same awards as in the past?
Nope! If no action is taken, your award will automatically ship via the default method (physical certificate or plaque) to the address on file as it always has in past APEX years. However, if you would like a virtual award, premier international shipping, or a hard copy of the winners booklet, that is done here.
Who should complete the delivery selection form?
The applicant (the person who originally submitted the entry) must be the one to specify the delivery method. Please ensure you are signed into the same account used for the initial submission.
Where do I find the form to select my award type?
Once signed in, look for a red notification banner at the top of your homepage. You can also find your winning entries by navigating to My Account > Needs Attention. If you’ve already started the process, check the Incomplete folder.
How do I know which entry won which award?
If you go to My Account > Results you can see the Application number of each entry that won an award and the award that it won.
