Do I HAVE to fill out this form if I want the same awards as in the past?
Nope! If no action is taken, your award will automatically ship via the default method (physical certificate or plaque) to the address on file as it always has in past APEX years. But if you would like a virtual award, or premier international shipping, that is done here.
Who should complete the delivery selection form?
The applicant (the person who originally submitted the entry) must be the one to specify the delivery method. Please ensure you are signed into the same account used for the initial submission.
Where do I find the form to select my award type?
Once signed in, look for a red notification banner at the top of your homepage. You can also find your winning entries by navigating to My Account > Needs Attention. If you’ve already started the process, check the Incomplete folder.
